The use of Xero cloud based accountancy software and add-on applications enables outsourced accounting services to be delivered completely remotely from a business operational centre.
Outsourced accountancy services must be cost effective, primarily to save on headcount and staff costs, but also to provide expertise which might not otherwise be available in-house. It also provides back-up cover and support where a business may need to scale up operations and flexibility in the event of restructuring when internal efficiencies are sought.
